Post 1/31/12

Stress, a feeling of tension exerted on materiel. Many students experience this feeling during test, quiz, and family problems. The Best way to solve this problem is to talk to a friend, family member,or adult or relax if you still feel stressed. This also effect adults since they can have one bad day then it can pile up into a stressful life.This can be show in the graphic on the right. Much of the stress caused in adults is since of kids, family, and a stressful job. Stress a thing that can be avoided if you relax when feel tension.
